SpongeFont SquareType, created by Johnny Bluejeans, is a free cartoon movie font with lumpy, hand-cut letters that lean into a goofy, animated bounce. The shapes feel soft and squashed at once, with chunky curves, uneven widths, and a slightly wobbly rhythm that makes the whole font read like a playful title card.
It fits poster headlines, kids' event graphics, comic-style branding, DVD-style cover lines, and short logo work where a free font needs to feel silly without turning sugary. Because the letters are broad, bent, and irregular, it also works well for splash screens, party invites, and brief packaging names that want a loose, elastic tone.
