Spring Rolls by Bythebutterfly.com is a free Chinese-inspired display font with tall, loosely drawn capitals and lively changes in stroke direction. Long crossbars and hooked curves give the alphabet its unmistakable profile.
Its spare, linear forms can echo ink illustrations and angular border patterns on restaurant menus and food packaging. The informal construction also suits festival posters and playful game graphics, especially when the lettering becomes part of the artwork.
