Square Rough by Futaba is a free rough comic display font with big, blocky letters that feel cut from paper and shoved into place. The caps lean and wobble with chunky corners, uneven angles, and a deliberately clumsy rhythm that gives the whole font a scrappy, hand-made punch.
It fits posters, zines, game logos, title cards, comic-style cover lines, and short merch graphics where a free font needs noise and attitude rather than polish. Because the letters are so square and off-kilter, it also works well for monograms and short headlines that want a bratty, improvised feel.
