Squealer Embossed, by Ray Larabie, is a free embossed blackletter font with a sharp, poster-minded Gothic bite. The letters lean on pointed medieval forms, then push them into a chiseled, dimensional look with faceted inner cuts and hard shadowed edges that make the style feel more like carved signage than manuscript calligraphy.

It works naturally in music flyers, horror posters, beer labels, game title cards, and bold cover lines where a free font needs a historic voice with extra depth. Because the design already carries its own built-in bevel effect, it also suits monograms, drop caps, and short wordmarks that need a dense old-world texture without adding illustration.
