Author's note

Stars And Stripes Plain, by Pat Snyder, is a free patriotic caps display font built around an American flag idea. The letters are big, blocky, and unmistakably themed - horizontal stripes run through the set, while star clusters appear where a flag canton would sit, giving the font a bold parade-banner feel rather than a neutral decorative look.

It fits naturally in Fourth of July posters, campaign-style flyers, event banners, souvenir tees, and storefront signage where the lettering itself carries the theme. As a free font, it also works well for cover lines, title cards, and short headlines, since the flag pattern is most convincing when the words stay brief and the caps have room to show it.
