Author's note

STARWARS, Jose Gonzalez Pareja's free sci-fi movie display font from 1998, channels the blunt, cinematic lettering of late-20th-century space adventure. The caps are wide, heavy, and tightly packed, with sharp cuts and squared curves that make the wordmark feel engineered for a screen crawl or a blockbuster title card.

It fits naturally on poster headlines, fan zines, retro game graphics, themed packaging, and event flyers where you want that instantly film-coded mood without drifting into parody. As a free font, it also works well for title cards, cover lines, and short branded lockups, because the broad letters create a solid silhouette even in just a few words.
