Station Medium, by Station Debout, is a free rounded sans serif from 2006 with a soft, almost toy-like calm. The letters lean on big circular forms and blunt ends, so even simple shapes like the a, t, and i feel gently cushioned rather than sharp or austere.
It makes sense for branding, packaging, poster lines, app headers, and children's publishing where a free font with this much warmth can keep layouts feeling approachable. Use it for short headlines, title cards, or wayfinding too - the broad curves and stubby details give brief words a friendly, steady rhythm.
