Storm ExtraBold, designed by Dieter Schumacher, is a free distorted display font with a hard, windblown force. The caps feel carved out by speed, with heavy forms ripped into horizontal streaks that give the letters a rough, storm-lashed motion instead of a static blocky weight.
It fits music flyers, action poster titles, sports branding, game splash screens, and cover lines where a headline needs movement more than polish. As a free font, it also makes sense for title cards, aggressive logotypes, and short monograms, because even a few letters create that scraped, rushing texture.
