Author's note

Straphanger by Michael Wallner of theTYPEfetish is a free pixel font with the broad, open proportions of an electronic transit display. Rounded marks and deliberate gaps give the lettering a clean dot-matrix character, with several forms stretching wide across the line.

Its station-board flavor suits transport posters, arcade graphics, and technology branding. On event signage, the broken digital strokes can echo illuminated destination boards and become part of the travel theme.
