Author's note

Street Slab - Fortuna by Graham Meade is a free outlined slab serif with broad, softly rounded letters and a lively sign-painted manner. Multiple inset contours trace each stroke, turning the solid forms into layered bands. A deep offset shadow gives the lettering a raised, almost cutout silhouette.

Designers working on retro entertainment or street-inspired graphics will find it suited to posters, event branding, and merchandise, where the nested outlines can become part of the graphic treatment. Its chunky curves and dimensional shadow also suit food packaging and playful storefront signage, especially when a handmade, slightly theatrical identity is wanted.
