Summer's Jars is a free illustrated display font that places chunky capital letters inside hand-drawn preserve jars. Each jar has a cloth lid, tied bow, and uneven outline. The lettering is simple and rounded.
It gives food packaging a homemade look, yet the cheerful containers also suit children's publishing and craft events. The repeated jar motif makes every letter behave like a small picture rather than ordinary type. It is also well matched to recipe cards and seasonal merchandise.
