Sundings JL is Jeffrey N. Levine's free sunburst dingbat font, a small set of solar emblems drawn with a lively hand. The motifs keep returning to the same simple idea - circles ringed with rays, loops, spikes, and a quirky spiral center - so the font feels playful, graphic, and a little retro rather than ornamental for ornament's sake.
It fits naturally in poster accents, zines, greeting cards, craft packaging, festival flyers, and scrapbook-style branding, where a free font of repeated sun symbols can carry a cheerful theme without needing illustration.
