Author's note

Svampens Handwriting by Martin Sorensen is a free handwritten font with lanky letters and a loose, personal stroke. Changing widths, uneven joins, and oversized curves make the writing feel quickly sketched.

Designers addressing a young or deliberately informal audience could use it for children's publishing and event posters. Its irregular forms also lend casual food packaging the look of lettering drawn directly onto the artwork. It particularly suits comics and playful music graphics with an unruly, homemade style.
