Author's note

Syracuse BRK by Brian Kent of ÆNIGMA FONTS is a free Gothic display font with blade-like cuts and dramatic calligraphic curves. Letters shift from broad strokes to fine points. Repeated notches and inward-facing spikes give the forms a carved, almost heraldic edge.

Those pointed shapes echo swords, thorns, and medieval emblems, making the lettering a match for fantasy illustration and game graphics. It also suits metal merchandise and theatrical posters. In publishing, the font can turn a cover title or chapter opener into part of the artwork.
