Tall Films Expanded Oblique, by Graham Meade, is a free oblique sans serif from 2004 with a sleek, late-modernist slant. The letters feel airy and cinematic, built from very light strokes, long diagonal movement, and a simple rounded lowercase form that keeps the font cool rather than mechanical.
It works well anywhere you want that lean, widescreen mood - film posters, music sleeves, title cards, fashion editorials, and restrained branding all make sense here. As a free font, it is especially useful for short headlines, cover lines, and logotype sketches where the long slant and spare drawing do most of the styling.
