Tandy Lee, created by Melinda C. Jeffs in 2012, is a free handwritten font with an easy, unpolished marker style and irregular, changing stroke widths. Tall, narrow letters wander across the line with loose, elongated loops.
A children's book cover is an especially good home for these animated shapes, which also suit classroom posters, party invitations, and handmade product labels. The uneven forms support cheerful subjects and approachable brands aimed at young readers, families, or shoppers drawn to small-batch craft goods.
