Author's note

Tangram Rounded, designed by Tobias Sommer, is a free futuristic display font built from thick geometric strokes. Rounded outer corners soften the blocky silhouette, and repeated square cutouts give the letters a compact, modular construction.

Technology and arcade themes make it a convincing fit for game graphics and electronic music artwork, where the forms recall chunky retro digital hardware. Its constructed shapes could also turn product packaging and event posters into part of a playful sci-fi setting or imagined world.
