Author's note

Tempora LGC Unicode, designed by Alexej Kryukov of URW++ Design & Development, is a free high-contrast serif font with a formal, literary bearing. Tall capitals, fine hairlines and compact lowercase forms give the lettering an elegant but firmly structured profile.

Designers working for museums, classical music organizations and literary publishers can use it for exhibition posters, concert programs and book covers. The crisp serifs echo the fine lines of engraved illustration, a useful connection for cultural branding and heritage packaging.
