Author's note

TeX Gyre Pagella, developed by URW++ and extended by Valek Filippov, Han The Thanh, B. Jackowski, and J.M. Nowacki, is a free Renaissance-style serif. Its crisp serifs and pronounced stroke contrast feel elegant and literary.

Publishing is its clearest setting, especially for book covers, journal titles, and cultural programs. The same classical structure can lend museum branding a scholarly note, linking these uses through its formal, text-rooted design.
