Author's note

Textan Square by Richard D. Parker and Apostrophic Laboratories is a free tangram-techno display font built from chunky square blocks and sharp, puzzle-cut diagonals. The letters feel assembled rather than drawn, with right-angle corners, clipped joins, and a modular rhythm that gives the whole font a brisk, digital edge.

It works well for game logos, sci-fi posters, album covers, title cards, and short interface-style headlines where that tiled geometry can do the talking. As a free font, it also suits badges and monograms, especially when you want letters that look like they lock together from simple shaped pieces.
