Author's note

The Efish Hand by Erik Fisher is a free handwritten font with tall, loosely drawn letters and uneven strokes. Narrow uprights, sudden bends, and oversized curves make the writing look quick and personal rather than carefully rehearsed.

Informal music and food themes suit its restless line. It can give gig posters, cafe menus, and small-batch packaging the directness of marker lettering. On merchandise, words can become part of the artwork, resembling a painted sign or improvised band mark.
