Author's note

The Middle Ages III by Steven J. Lundeen of Emerald City Fontwerks is a free medieval military dingbat font built from detailed black-and-white illustrations. Its symbols depict armor, weapons, and period figures with engraved textures, crisp outlines, and the uneven finish of old woodcuts.

Museums, reenactment groups, and historical attractions could use this collection to shape a medieval identity. It also suits game maps and educational publishing, where the objects can function as scene markers or reference points. The recurring arms and armor make the set relevant to military history.
