Author's note

The Quiet Scream by Gyom-typo is a free distressed handwritten font with a restless, ink-scraped look. The letters feel rough and nervous, with wobbling outlines, blotchy edges, and a loose marker-made rhythm that gives it a raw zine-era voice rather than a neat casual script.

It fits posters, album sleeves, indie film title cards, book covers, and flyer headlines where you want the wording to feel urgent and a little worn down. As a free font, it also works well for short branding lines or pull quotes, since the irregular texture gives even a few words that scraped, late-night note quality.
