Author's note

Tipik Studenica by Nikola Kovanovic is a free medieval Cyrillic display font with the compact, carved feeling of old church inscriptions. The letters look upright and solemn, with angular turns, wedge-like endings, and a dense rhythm that gives the font a distinctly Serbian Orthodox manuscript and stone-cut title character.

That makes it a natural choice for cultural posters, museum graphics, book covers, festival identities, and title cards that need a historic Slavic voice rather than a neutral one. As a free font, it also fits short editorial headings, monograms, and drop caps, where those firm, inscriptional shapes can carry period atmosphere without needing many words.
