Author's note

Tjelvar Runic by David Kerkhoff is a free runic display font with stark, hand-cut forms. Its letters combine long upright strokes with sharp forks, wedges, and open triangular shapes. Scattered nicks and worn patches make the heavy marks resemble symbols carved into weathered wood or stone.

Designers working in Norse-themed entertainment and historical fantasy can use it for game title screens, book covers, and event posters, where the angular alphabet supports a rugged old-world setting. For mead labels or themed venues, the carved texture can become a recognizable part of the product identity.
