TodayArms by mklein is a free heraldic dingbat font built from eccentric shield emblems. Each badge contains stark hand-drawn imagery, including spindly figures, mask-like faces, celestial marks, and abstract devices. Uneven lines and dense black shapes give the collection the look of strange folk crests.
Surreal heraldry makes these symbols especially useful for fantasy games, theatrical posters, and album artwork. They can also turn merchandise graphics and event invitations into miniature coats of arms.
