Author's note

Tomsk Bold, created by David Espinosa of Type Sailor, is a free geometric display font with unusually tall, narrow lettering. Its pointed joins give the design an architectural edge.

Spare geometric line drawings and angular illustration make natural companions for these towering forms, particularly in gallery posters, album packaging, and cultural event graphics. The recurring rooflike peaks can become part of architectural or mountain imagery, linking the lettering neatly to travel publishing and museum campaigns rather than remain separate from it.
