Tooney Loons, designed by Jason L. Arthur, is a free cartoon display font with loose, hand-drawn construction. Rounded lowercase forms use broad circular shapes and subtly uneven strokes.
Cartoon styling makes it a natural fit for comic covers and children's publishing, where the oversized forms can echo simple inked artwork. Its friendly irregularity also suits toy packaging, party posters, and animated title cards. Among these uses, children's publishing is the strongest match for its broad rounded shapes and marker-like unevenness.
