Author's note

Toshna Std B by Andreas Seidel of astype is a free classical serif font with pronounced stroke contrast and broad, gently bracketed serifs. Its rounded forms are spacious and softly modeled. The lettering feels formal but not rigid.

Publishing is its clearest medium, especially for book covers and editorial features that benefit from an established literary manner. It also suits heritage packaging and cultural event posters, where the sturdy serifs and calligraphic curves support historical or arts-focused subjects.
