Trelief by Gene Buban of FontStruct is a free outlined display font built from firm right angles and closely nested contour lines. Its squared construction suggests architectural drafting or layered signage, with a crisp, mechanical finish rather than soft curves.
Posters are a natural medium for its stacked-line design, particularly for architecture exhibitions and electronic music events. The repeated outlines can also turn packaging titles and game interfaces into diagram-like images, making the lettering part of the technical motif instead of simple text.
