Tuscarora Font

Tuscarora, by David F. Nalle, is a free curly distorted display font with a strange old-storybook mood. The letters feel warped and hand-cut, with heavy, uneven strokes, drooping serifs, and spiral curls that give the font a slightly haunted, folk-art character rather than a neat historical revival.

It fits poster titles, fantasy book covers, themed event flyers, game splash screens, and pub or festival branding where a rough period flavor helps set the scene. As a free font, it also works well for short headlines, chapter openers, and monograms, since those hooked curls and lopsided shapes carry plenty of atmosphere in just a few letters.
