Author's note

Tusch is a free brush font with the raw feel of loaded ink pushed across paper. The letters look more painted than written, with blunt, teardrop-heavy strokes, wavering curves, and dark ends that make the whole font feel wet, fast, and a little unruly.

It suits poster headlines, packaging, music artwork, title cards, and editorial cover lines where a free font can bring in that bold calligraphic smear without turning slick. Use it when you want short words, initials, or compact branding to feel handmade, because the repeated swell-and-taper rhythm gives even simple lettering a rough, gestural pulse.
