Author's note

Tymes Little Caps by John Singer is a free high-contrast serif font with classical small-cap proportions and a formal literary look. Fine hairlines meet broad vertical strokes, and the sharply cut serifs give the lettering a crisp silhouette rooted in traditional book typography.

Editorial design is its natural setting, especially for magazine departments, book jackets, and historical publishing that benefit from stately Roman forms. It also suits wine labels and formal invitations. Its most convincing role is refined editorial titling, where the small-cap structure brings measured ceremony to names, sections, and opening pages.
