Author's note

Typewriter Royal 200 by Mr. Fisk is a free eroded typewriter display font with a worn, ink-hit feel that leans into old office and pulp-era ephemera. The letters look blunt and slightly battered, with chunky serifs, uneven edges, and the kind of roughness that suggests a ribbon running dry or a page struck one time too many.

That makes it a natural fit for poster headlines, paperback covers, zine titles, film title cards, and packaging that wants a used-paper, analog mood. As a free font, it works best where you can let the distressed texture do the talking, especially in short lines, stamped names, and label-style headings.
