Ubastone by Wep is a free distorted display font with a blunt, stone-cut cartoon feel. The letters look swollen, lopsided, and hand-hewn, with chunky silhouettes, wobbling edges, and punched-in openings that make the whole font feel rough, playful, and slightly prehistoric.
It works well for poster headlines, game logos, zine covers, spooky party flyers, and short title cards where a free font needs a loud silhouette more than polish. Because the caps are so irregular and weighty, UBASTONE is most convincing in brief words, badges, and monogram-style marks where that craggy, squashed texture can do the talking.
