Author's note

UKIJ Junun by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free condensed serif font with a stern, poster-era presence. The letters are tall and tightly spaced, with blunt slab-like serifs and strong vertical strokes that give the font a formal, slightly archival tone.

It fits book covers, mastheads, cultural posters, title cards, and monograms where narrow capitals need to hold a lot of character in little space. As a free font, it makes particular sense for short headlines and cover lines, because the compressed proportions and emphatic serifs create a firm rhythm without needing extra ornament.
