UKIJ Kawak, by the Uyghur Computer Science Association, is a free outlined Roman display font with stately caps and a sign-carved feel. The letters lean on classical serif shapes, but the open double-line drawing keeps them lighter and more ornamental than monumental.
It works well for posters, book covers, cultural event branding, packaging titles, and storefront names where that engraved outline can carry the design without heavy fill. As a free font, it also suits short headlines, title cards, and monograms, especially when you want a formal serif voice that feels airy rather than solid.
