UKIJ Kufi Gul by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free high-contrast serif font with a formal, poster-like attitude. The letters pair very heavy uprights with fine hairlines and crisp slab-like feet, while the rounded U and J keep the style from feeling severe.
