Author's note

UKIJ Kufi Yay, by the Uyghur Computer Science Association, is a free ultra-condensed sans serif built for impact. The letters rise as tall, narrow blocks with tight spacing and hard vertical rhythm, giving the font a poster-like presence that feels blunt, urban, and direct.

It fits naturally in branding, music flyers, sports graphics, streetwear labels, and compact mastheads where a few words need to hit fast. As a free font, it also suits title cards and short cover lines, especially when that compressed shape helps you pack big lettering into a narrow space without losing force.
