UKIJ Mejnuntal by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free condensed sans serif with a sharp, poster-like rhythm. The caps feel tall and tightly built, but the angled cuts and sudden shifts in stroke direction keep it from looking neutral, giving the letters a wiry, restless energy with a slightly handmade edge.
This free font fits best where you want a narrow line of type to carry character - on music flyers, cultural event posters, book covers, title cards, and bold monograms. It also works for short headlines and cover lines, especially when the space is tight and those lean, spiky caps can do the visual work on their own.
