Author's note

UKIJ Nasq Zilwa Bold by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free high-contrast serif with a stately, modern-roman feel. The letters pair tall, commanding verticals with fine joins and crisp serifs, while details like the sweeping J and the sculpted K keep the rhythm from feeling stiff.

It works well for mastheads, book covers, cultural posters, title cards, and formal branding where the caps need gravity without turning cold. As a free font, it also makes sense for monograms and short headline settings, because those strong uprights and sharp finishing strokes give even a few letters a composed, ceremonial presence.
