Author's note

UKIJ Sulus Bold, by the Uyghur Computer Science Association, is a free calligraphic serif font with a formal, inscriptional feel. The letters pair sharp contrast with sweeping curves and tapered feet, so the rhythm feels both stately and slightly handwritten rather than strictly classical.

It suits mastheads, book covers, cultural posters, title cards, and monograms where a few letters need ceremony without turning ornate. As a free font, it makes sense for short headlines and identity marks too, especially when you want caps that carry movement and a distinctly pen-shaped elegance.
