Author's note

UKIJ Tughra by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free dingbat font built around logo-like marks and emblematic symbols. The visible set mixes bold corporate wordmarks, a plain umbrella pictogram, and flowing Uyghur calligraphy, so the overall feel is closer to clipped signage and branded stamps than to a neat ornamental series.

That makes it useful for identity mockups, editorial collage, poster accents, title cards, and packaging graphics where a free font can drop in quick symbolic texture without pretending to be a full lettering system. It also suits scrapbooks, archive-style layouts, and brief callout moments, because the pieces read like found marks gathered from different public and commercial contexts.
