Author's note

UKIJ Tuz Bold by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free bold serif display font with a stately, old-style feel. The letters lean on broad verticals, sharply cut serifs, and a few calligraphic quirks - especially that hooked J and the angled inner cuts - which give the font a formal voice without making it stiff.

It suits mastheads, book covers, cultural posters, title cards, and monograms, where those emphatic caps can carry a short line on presence alone. As a free font, it also makes sense for institutional branding, event graphics, and drop-cap style initials that need a classic tone with a slightly distinctive twist.
