Author's note

UKIJ Tuz Tor by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free serif with a stately, old-style newspaper feel. The letters pair tall, confident strokes with broad top serifs and a memorable curled J, giving the font a formal rhythm that feels more editorial than ornamental.

It fits posters, mastheads, book covers, title cards, cultural programs, and monograms where a few letters need gravity without looking stiff. As a free font, it makes sense for short headlines and cover lines in particular, because those strong caps and the slightly idiosyncratic J give even brief words a distinct, composed presence.
