Author's note

UKIJ Tuz by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free Roman serif caps font with a formal, inscriptional tone. The letters feel stately and ceremonial, with crisp serifs, sharp contrast, and a few softened flourishes - especially the curved tail on the J - that keep it from feeling cold.

This free font fits book covers, cultural posters, title cards, mastheads, and monograms where a classic voice needs a little ceremony. It works best in short lines and prominent initials, since the chiseled Roman mood and measured spacing give the caps a composed, emblem-like presence.
