UKIJ Zilwa by the Uyghur Computer Science Association is a free high-contrast serif with a formal, old-style poster feel. The caps lean on tall verticals, fine hairlines, and crisp slab-like serifs, while details like the curling J and sharply cut Z give the letters a slightly theatrical finish.
