Author's note

Umbles, from Elfring Soft Fonts, is a free chiseled 3D display font with a carved, monolithic feel. The letters lean on hard wedge cuts and deep shadow-like facets, so the whole design reads like stone initials sliced into bold geometric blocks.

That makes it a natural pick for fantasy book covers, heavy metal flyers, game title cards, poster headlines, and dramatic monograms where a few letters need real weight. As a free font, Umbles works best in short display settings, because those angular cuts and blunt 3D steps give even simple words a stern, emblem-like presence.
