Author's note

Un Gungseo, by Koaunghi Un, is a free calligraphic serif font with a literary, old-style mood. The letters combine high contrast with soft, tapering curves and crisp wedge-like serifs, so the font feels formal without turning stiff.

It suits book covers, cultural posters, editorial headlines, museum graphics, and elegant title cards where a little ceremony helps set the tone. As a free font, it also works well for short branding lines or monogram-like initials, since the broad curves and fine finishing details give even simple words a poised, slightly classical presence.
