Underline Monospace, designed by Manfred Klein, is a free monospaced sans serif with tall, spare letterforms and an emphatic built-in underline. Its strokes are clean and nearly uniform.

Themes of coding, archives, and typewritten records suit its fixed-width structure, but the low rule gives the text a more graphic edge. That combination suits software branding, technical publishing, and digital title cards with a direct, utilitarian voice.
